• Media Services: Digital content creation, video production, and multimedia solutions
• Academy: Technology training, workshops, and educational programs

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of TECHAVYN TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED and are protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Project Engagements

For client projects and engagements:

• All projects are subject to separate project agreements and statements of work
• Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts
• Deliverables and timelines are subject to mutual agreement
• Intellectual property rights for custom work will be defined in project agreements
• Changes to project scope may affect timelines and costs

6. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of business information. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement, unless disclosure is required by law or agreed upon in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TECHAVYN TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TECHAVYN TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
